Who am I
I’m Juliana Cano Nieto, a certified Vedic meditation teacher and strategist in climate justice and human rights.
After two decades leading advocacy efforts across continents from Colombia to Iraq, from Germany to the Philippines, I understood something simple but powerful: sustainable change begins within. If we are consumed by stress, clarity and compassion become harder to access.
Meditation became my way back to clarity, freedom and presence. Today, I teach Vedic meditation to help people reconnect with their inner peace creating together a calmer, more just, and empathetic world. This is not a way to escape the world, but to inhabit it with more awareness and less noise.
This practice is not a trend. It's a tool to liberate ourselves from the stress we’ve normalized and recover the possibility of choosing with lucidity. Because a clear mind doesn’t yield easily. And neither should we.
